GLA’s work has been awarded the top prize at the U.S. A+Awards.

June 2025, Annual prestigious U.S. architecture awards The Architizer A+ Awards have been officially announced—GLA’s project “Dongmingshan Forest Whisper” has won the highest honor, the Jury Winner! The Jury Winner is selected by a panel of internationally renowned architects, scholars, and industry leaders, representing recognition at the pinnacle of the profession. Among the other winners are world‑leading firms such as Foster + Partners, SOM, and Woods Bagot.

“Dongmingshan Forest Language,” with With “Hidden in Nature, Conversing with the Mountains and Forests” as its core philosophy, the project seamlessly integrates architecture with the natural environment. Through a low‑intervention construction approach, the use of sustainable materials, and an eco‑friendly spatial layout, GLA’s design team has created a nature‑inspired mountain retreat that balances aesthetic appeal with environmental responsibility—earning high praise from the jury and standing out among thousands of submissions.
