Hangzhou Weiming Mansion

The site is located within the Future Science and Technology City area in western Hangzhou. The land use designation for this project is commercial, business, and residential (B1/B2/R2), with a total land area of 63,551 square meters and a floor area ratio of 2.10. The site is divided into eastern and western parcels: commercial and business buildings must be sited no more than 90 meters west of the road right-of-way boundary along Qiuqiao Road, while residential buildings must be sited no more than 90 meters east of the same boundary. The height of above-ground structures is limited to between 40 and 50 meters relative to the Yellow Sea datum. Upon completion, the project will comprise high-rise residential units as well as commercial and business facilities.
