Shaoxing Yuezhou Prefecture

This project site is located in the main urban area of Shaoxing City. The northern zone covers a total land area of 86,972 square meters, with a total floor area of 160,120 square meters, of which 87,077 square meters are above ground, resulting in a plot ratio of 1.0. The eastern block is predominantly low-rise, while the western block is mainly mid-rise. The residential units feature diverse layouts and aesthetically pleasing architectural forms. The project is designed to become a high-end residential community in China, fostering a high-quality living environment. At the core of the design is the integration of nature and the efficient utilization of resources. While harmonizing with the city’s unique character, the project seeks to transform what can be regarded as “resources” into enhanced community quality and increased value. Individual building designs within the community reflect local characteristics, incorporating both mid-rise and low-rise typologies.
