This project site is located in the south of Shangyu City, with a land area of 195407 square meters and a plot ratio of 0.87. The main layout of Chinese style courtyard houses is 200-300 square meters, and the main layout of French style ground floor residential houses is 400-500 square meters. The project has gained a lot of experience in handling Chinese style small apartment complexes. On the basis of meeting the functional plane, the design is not simply monotonous and repetitive, but full of rhythmic changes, with large blank spaces and meticulous design of details, creating a unique Eastern atmosphere of Chinese style parks.
