The master plan prioritizes multi-story and low-rise residential buildings, offering a diverse portfolio that includes courtyard homes, French-style low-rise residences, small French-style homes, and small courtyard homes. The primary unit types range from 300 to 350 square meters for courtyard homes, approximately 140 square meters for small courtyard homes, and about 230 square meters for small French-style homes. The design emphasizes the relationship between the architectural clusters and the surrounding mountains, striving to make the most of the site’s existing natural environment and create a richly layered spatial experience.
