Jun’anli, Moganshan

This project is located in the northern part of Moganshan Town, Deqing City, Zhejiang Province, within the Junlan Resort in Jun’anli, an area rich in scenic resources. Phase II, Plot 2, is designated for commercial use and features a scattered land-use pattern on a hilly site composed of several parcels of varying sizes, with a total land area of 11,066 square meters. The design work shall be carried out based on the existing master plan, the road network layout, and the on-site construction conditions. The proposed design emphasizes the harmonious coexistence of people and nature, aiming to create an architectural ensemble that seamlessly blends into the surrounding landscape.
