This project is located in the Jiangcun New Area of Xihu District, Hangzhou, with a land area of 80,587 square meters and a total above-ground floor area of 193,408.5 square meters, resulting in a plot ratio of 2.4. The site is strategically positioned to become the last high-quality community in western Hangzhou, following the success of Xixi Chengyuan. By fully leveraging the cultural heritage inherent in the site and employing contemporary design principles, the project emphasizes human-centered design to create spaces that not only meet the functional needs of modern lifestyles but also nurture the spiritual dimensions of contemporary urban living. Starting with residential planning and design, the development aims to address residents’ diverse needs for living, leisure, social interaction, and entertainment, ultimately shaping a multifaceted, integrated living environment that harmoniously integrates with its surroundings, pioneers cutting-edge technology and fashion, and profoundly embodies humanistic care.
