This project is located in Jiangcun New District, Xihu District, Hangzhou City, with a land area of 80587 square meters and an above ground building of 193408.5 square meters, with a plot ratio of 2.4. The local block design is positioned to create the last high-quality community in the west of the city after Xixi Chengyuan. Fully utilize the cultural connotations inherent in the base, adopt modern design concepts, highlight humanized design, and create a spiritual space that meets both the functional requirements of modern lifestyles and the needs of modern humanities. Starting from residential planning and design, we aim to meet the diverse needs of residents for living, leisure, communication, entertainment, and more. This project aims to create a diversified living environment complex that relies on the environment, leads high-tech and fashion, and fully embodies humanistic care.
