The project is located in Dongdong New City, Weihai City, Shandong Province, with a land area of 29400 square meters and a plot ratio of 0.27. Based on the site's own conditions and project positioning, the project adopts the form of a contemporary Chinese courtyard to fit the local context and functional use. The Kangyang Yile group will provide supporting elderly care and health services for the subsequent 470 acre Weihai Yayuan project.

The design draws inspiration from traditional Chinese garden space techniques such as facing, framing, borrowing, and hiding, creating a complex, deep courtyard, and integrated residential and garden environment. The indoor functions, activity groups, and external landscapes complement each other and blend seamlessly.
