Haining Yoshida Automobile Factory

The project is sited in the Jianshan New Area of Haining City, Jiaxing, covering a land area of 20,716 square meters with a floor area ratio of 1.27. Taking the distinctly local characteristics of the Qiantang River and the Liangzhu Culture as the design starting point, the project articulates the design concept of “a picturesque mountain residence.” The design draws on the most distinctive landforms and architectural elements of Haining and its surrounding region, breaking away from the monotonous, cookie-cutter atmosphere typical of conventional industrial parks. By seamlessly integrating modern industrial production, contemporary construction materials, and traditional spatial and settlement motifs, the project creates a poetic yet highly efficient contemporary industrial park.
