Infitron Electronics has established its industrial base in the picturesque Tonglu Economic Development Zone. The first phase covers 41,298 square meters of land with a gross floor area of 76,793 square meters and a plot ratio of 1.86, while the second phase spans 127,303.1 square meters of land with a gross floor area of 185,843.7 square meters and a plot ratio of 1.46.

The dialogue between modern civilization and rural nature lends this project a dramatically staged spatial vision and a compelling design entry point. Grounded in the site’s dramatic environmental context—its exquisite natural landscape and its stark, urban-fringe interface—the design adopts a strategy of contrasting scales and restoring the site’s inherent character to address the diverse functional needs of the industrial park, thereby articulating an overarching spatial narrative that evokes both the city’s skyline and the idyllic serenity of a traditional Chinese mountain retreat.
