Xi’an High-tech Yunlu Project

Located in the Xisoft New City area of Xi’an High-tech Zone, this project is adjacent to the West Third Ring Road and falls within the scope of the zone’s secondary development area. Driven by the metro network, the urban fabric of the area has been continuously enhanced. The project draws its core concept—“cloud”—from the high-tech cloud rail system and further develops three related themes: “Cloud Habitat,” “Cloud Platform,” and “Cloud Axis.” The overall design scheme is structured around these three central themes. At the spatial layout level, an S-shaped “Cloud Axis” runs through the site, linking the western urban main axis with the eastern urban landscape axis. Along this axis, various functional zones are sequentially arranged, creating a dynamic sequence of vistas as one strolls along the Cloud Axis and offering a comprehensive view of the area’s vibrant urban life.
