Qiandao Lake Magnolia Garden

The project is located in Qiandao Lake Town, Chun’an County, Zhejiang Province, with a land area of 75,929.6 square meters and a gross floor area of 159,219.2 square meters, resulting in a plot ratio of 2.1. The development comprises second-generation high-rise residential buildings and French-style commercial units. The design emphasizes a north–south axial alignment, with the entire community organized around perimeter building alignments that follow the site’s topography, creating a terraced arrangement of high-rise residences that are lower in the south and higher in the north. The main building volumes are arranged symmetrically and in a staggered fashion along the central axis, while low-rise podiums, connecting corridors, landscape features, and a carefully balanced density of greenery and planting collectively establish a master plan characterized by axial symmetry and the enclosure of several central landscaped courtyards.
