The project is located in the transition zone between Chengdu's southward development axis, the High tech Zone, and Tianfu New Area. It is an important connection point for the development of the two new areas, and the regional future potential is enormous. The three plots form independent large clusters, and each plot is planned with an entrance lobby to enhance the living quality of the community. Large cluster planning maximizes the utilization of landscape resources and public resources in the community. The entire community is like a large park, with buildings becoming embellishments within the park. It is no longer the traditional model of green landscape between residential buildings, but rather from the perspective of planning the park, the layout of residential buildings is more flexible and varied.
