The building is designed in a semi enclosed "L" shape, which not only reduces the pressure on the residential buildings on both sides, but also opens up the semi enclosed space along the road, creating a borderless public activity space within the land. In order to ensure the unobstructed urban "negative" space of the sales office and future community service center, a super cantilevered large rain shelter is installed above the design, which has strong signage and permeability to the urban public space.
For the material below the large overhanging canopy, large mirror stainless steel was selected. The ceiling reflects the activities around it, where people and scenery, as well as seeing and being seen, have developed a brand new relationship. This invisible communication has created a new way of understanding the surrounding environment.
