Lishui Zijin Residence

Located in the heart of Liandu District, Lishui—a city renowned for its abundant natural landscapes and recipient of national-level eco-city honors—the project capitalizes on the area’s exceptional natural resources and the site’s undulating topography. Given the strong presence of young residents in the vicinity, the design seeks to seamlessly integrate these elements, creating a unified landscape–architecture ensemble that harmonizes building form with the site. By blending architecture and landscape to foster a nature-friendly spatial experience and by incorporating participatory ecological engagement, the project aims to establish a locally distinctive community hub that embodies the spirit of place. —Unlike the typical urban vibe of other real estate lifestyle centers, this one is more attuned to the unique natural charm of a city nestled among mountains and waters.
