The project is located in the classic elderly care community of Yayuan in Wuzhen, with a total land area of 6.8000 square meters and a plot ratio of 1.20. It aims to create western-style houses and small high-rise modern residential products. Plan to design the central supporting facilities and Yile College in the middle of the plot, combined with a Chinese landscape garden, to create a home living room for the community. Build the community into two clusters, north and south, each with a central garden. As a result, the architecture follows this layout direction in the design, arranging residential buildings to create a sense of enclosed belonging and creating a complete living environment.
