The project is located in Donggang New Area, Putuo, Zhoushan, adjacent to the sea to the east, Qianshan Park to the north, and Jibao Ridge to the west. The surrounding environment is superior, and the southeast side faces the Guanyin statue, with abundant natural resources and a humanistic Buddhist atmosphere. By vertically utilizing the site, the eastern courtyard is lowered layer by layer, creating a landscape effect of an average sea view house per household. By using landscape contour processing to resolve the vertical drop of ten meters along the street, a landscape system with mountainous characteristics is also created.
