The base is situated adjacent to a river on its northeast side, offering exceptional landscape resources, while its west and south sides border urban roads. The overall site plan integrates teaching, administrative, and other The “quiet” zone is situated on the east side adjacent to the river, while the “active” zones—encompassing residential and athletic facilities—are arranged on the west side, directly abutting the urban road. The various functional blocks are linked by a spine-like learning street that runs along the long axis of the site, connecting the northern end—the main entrance facing the core building, the library—and the southern end, where the multi-purpose hall and lecture hall create a secondary entrance space. This central thoroughfare serves as an essential north–south corridor for the entire campus, while also functioning as a transitional zone that mediates between the teaching functions on the east and the residential and recreational experiences on the west. The rigorously organized courtyards and the horizontally stepped terraces engage in a harmonious dialogue, both in form and function.
