The Tonglu Aochengwang project consists of three functional zones, with hotel style apartments as the main commercial service blocks, adjacent to the football stadium on the east side and small high-rise residential buildings on the south side. The planar layout corresponds to residential and sports venues, and the standard floor is composed of four types of unit types, organized in a central corridor style to save space while avoiding the gaze of each unit.
