Xin Jiao Auto Factory

This project is located in the Coastal Industrial Zone of the Taizhou Economic Development Zone, covering a site area of 290,037 square meters. The project serves as the core area for supporting facilities, with buildings distributed on both the north and south sides of Haihao Road. The north side houses the management center, while the R&D center is situated on the east bank of the Juhai River. The south side is separated from the employee life center to its east by an internal park road, leveraging the scenic riverfront of the Juhai River to transform the R&D center into a garden-style office environment. To the east of the R&D center is the employee life center, which includes employee dormitories, a staff canteen, and a community activity center, creating a multifunctional, integrated complex that embodies deep humanistic care.
