Deqing Future Community

The project is located in Wukang Subdistrict, Deqing County. The planning unit spans approximately 65.7 hectares, bounded by Kangmin Road to the west, Yingxi North Road to the east, Yu Yingxi River to the south, and Planned Second Road to the north. The implementation unit covers about 20.6 hectares, with boundaries extending from the Xuanhang Railway to the west, Yingxi North Road to the east, Yu Yingxi River to the south, and Houxi Street to the north. The project will create a spatial layout featuring “Nine Streets and Fifteen Alleys” and distinctive architectural styles along the Qianxi River, while establishing an emotional memory loop that connects Wukang’s traditional crafts districts and the “Wukang Impression” neighborhood. It will also develop community, service, and governance models that reflect Wukang’s unique character, thereby highlighting the 1,800-year history of the ancient city of Wukang and revitalizing its urban vitality.
