Within the project planning unit are the Zhejiang Zhijiang Cultural Center, the Zhijiang Wealth Center, and residential land; to the south lies land for resettling rural residents and a 36-class junior high school; to the west is the Pumin Building, designated as commercial and business land; and to the east it borders the Qiantang River, facing Binjiang Smart New World across the river.
Primarily comprising residential and office buildings, with a mix of multi-functional cultural and entertainment facilities, two district-level commercial developments are currently under construction and are slated for imminent launch, promising a vibrant future commercial environment and strong foot traffic.
