Deqing Future Geospatial Information City TOD

Located in Deqing, Huzhou, the project is situated along the Hangde Line, offering seamless connectivity to every corner of the city while integrating and linking key urban functions. This master plan for the Future Geospatial Information City focuses on TOD overstation development, above-station property projects, and the surrounding urban design, aiming to re-establish the city’s fragmented urban fabric through a holistic urban design approach and to redefine Deqing’s natural and cultural axis. By reimagining urban living, the design envisions a next-level lifestyle: every window opens onto the vibrant urban landscape; an aerial pedestrian network creates multiple opportunities to connect with nature; and immediate access to diverse modes of transportation ensures effortless mobility throughout the city—breaking down spatial barriers between urban functions and positioning Deqing as the true “central core” of the future.
