Jinhua Tangya TOD

Jinhua Tangya TOD is located in the western part of the Jinyi Metropolitan New Area and is developed atop the Tangya Station on the Jinyi–Dongyang Metropolitan Rail Line. Leveraging the station’s unparalleled convenience for seamless travel from transit to doorstep, it aims to redefine community living as a one-stop, fully integrated lifestyle. The project introduces the “TOD New Standard—3C Conceptual Living” framework, which highlights three key elements: Center Park, Composite Street, and Community Circle. Center Park seamlessly integrates with the station plaza to serve as a community garden while also hosting a wide range of urban events, thereby becoming a signature landmark for the area. Composite Street combines shopping, daily amenities, and leisure spaces, offering visitors a fresh retail experience and providing residents with convenient services, supporting facilities, and recreational areas. Community Circle features a core-to-ring design that creates a fully pedestrianized, dynamic activity network above the station.
