Anya Courtyard at Wuzhen’s Elegant Garden

Located at the northwest corner of the entire Wuzhen Yayuan development, the project primarily features detached villas and low-to-mid-rise modern residential units, with access to the community’s comprehensive amenities. The elongated site is organized according to a “one core, two axes” landscape framework, dividing it into three distinct zones: a central, classically Chinese-style public area, flanked by two contemporary residential clusters to the north and south. The design integrates traditional Chinese landscape gardens to create a welcoming “living room” for residents as they return home. The architectural layout aligns with this spatial organization, arranging the residences in a way that fosters a sense of enclosure and belonging, thereby establishing a cohesive and well-rounded living environment.
