To the west, the project is immediately adjacent to County River Park. Drawing on its superior locational advantages, the master plan skillfully integrates the requirements for public landscape corridors and visual axes, while also honoring the rich cultural heritage of the former Fenghua Middle School on the site. The goal is to create a vibrant, emerging community that seamlessly blends waterfront living with a strong humanistic character, leveraging exceptional scenic resources. The planned public landscape corridor divides the development into northern and southern zones. The design takes a holistic approach, comprehensively coordinating residential buildings, supporting facilities, landscaping, underground parking, and the park’s entrance—all while adhering to a unified master-planning logic for the entire community. At the same time, the two zones each develop their own distinct central landscape and architectural identity, embodying a modular yet integrative community concept that allows for both separation and cohesion.
