This site is located in Licheng District of Jinan—a key political, economic, and cultural hub in eastern Jinan. The project is situated in the Xueshan sub-district within this area. Given that the northern boundary of the site adjoins undeveloped residential land, the design must carefully address potential impacts on that development, including solar access, sightlines, and noise levels, to ensure high-quality residential living. To the east and north, the site is bordered by ground-floor commercial spaces serving the surrounding residential neighborhoods; these can be integrated and leveraged to create a vibrant internal street with a strong commercial ambiance, thereby enhancing the value of the adjacent streets. With dense residential development in the vicinity and major new residential projects slated for future delivery, the primary development direction should be to upgrade the standards of supporting commercial facilities and to focus on community-oriented retail that caters to household consumption needs.
