Within a dignified and elegant architectural form, the design scheme is meticulously crafted to deliver high-quality office spaces. The main building features three distinct, tiered public spaces—namely, the entrance lobby, the landscape atrium, and the office atrium—arranged from ground level upward, each with its own unique scale and character, thereby providing occupants with an open and comfortable working environment. In addition, rooftop gardens are strategically located on the third floor of the main building and on the 15th-floor roof, creating a rich array of outdoor activity spaces across multiple levels. Meanwhile, the office units in the ancillary building are organized around an internal atrium, with terraces added in select areas to offer a natural and engaging spatial experience.
