Xiangshan Baisha Bay Hotel

The project is situated in the central area of the Songlanshan Coastal Tourism and Resort Zone in Xiangshan County, Zhejiang Province, surrounded by mountains on three sides and facing the sea on one. It comprises primarily a cluster of villas and a five-star Sheraton resort hotel. In its master planning, the design concept of the residential district has been respectfully upheld and carried forward, with the water body serving as the landscape axis. Road networks are strategically organized to provide access to the relatively independent hotel zone. The two main apartment-style hotel towers adopt a slab-like, zigzag plan form that echoes the east–west alignment of Phase I of the hotel complex. The architectural style continues the neoclassical aesthetic of Phase I, striving for a balance of symmetry and dynamic, angular articulation—dignified yet lively—and thereby seamlessly integrating with Phase I to create a cohesive whole.
