Hangzhou Xingman Yunzhu

Located in the Gouzhuang Ecological New Area, on the northern side of the Northern New City sub-center, the project serves as the gateway connecting the Liangzhu Cluster with the main urban area and is positioned as an innovative lifestyle hub. The site covers a total land area of 221,800 square meters, with a total floor area of 411,600 square meters, of which 254,300 square meters are above ground. Under the constraints imposed by the existing metro depot located beneath the site, the project aims to create an open, youthful, and future-oriented model of livable community through a diversified, mixed-use, and vibrant TOD development.
