Xiaohe Mountain TOD

The site is located in the core area of Xiaoheshan, surrounded primarily by schools, science and technology parks, and residential neighborhoods. Centered on the Liuhe Road transportation and functional development axis and three major hubs, the area is organized into eleven functional zones. The Xiaoheshan Unit covers a total area of 14.2575 million square meters, with a resident population of 96,300, of whom approximately 20,600 are permanent residents. Notably, students constitute the largest demographic group, accounting for about 73.8% of the total population.
Single-building office units are arranged along the street, leveraging the location of the overlying residential area and the metro station to establish two axial corridors: a high-quality office axis and a vibrant commercial axis. A primary entrance node is positioned at the intersection of these two axes. An active internal commercial street is integrated horizontally to connect the office and residential campuses, dividing the originally overly elongated residential area into two smaller, similarly sized campuses and thereby creating a dynamic, lively campus environment.
