Taizhou Xiaofeng Yin Yue

Located in the Xinhai Future Community, this project is nestled in a fully developed neighborhood where the “Three Transformations and Nine Scenarios” bring the vision of tomorrow’s living environment to life: overlooking the Xinhai Green Corridor to take in the city’s lush green axis; and standing by the railing to gaze out and savor the rich cultural heritage and vibrant urban energy of Jiaojiang.
As the first “Xiaofeng” residential development by Greentown to enter Taizhou, this project is conceived around the vision of “Forest Living in a Luminous Realm,” guided by contemporary minimalist aesthetics. Its façade features expansive, luxurious glass surfaces, complemented by a compositional language that emphasizes horizontal articulation while subtly integrating vertical elements, further enhanced by L-shaped linear delineations and a dynamic interplay of solid and void. This approach transcends the uniformity of conventional architecture, redefining an aesthetic sensibility and living experience characterized by transparency, dissolution, and ever-changing visual dynamics—blending nature seamlessly into the built environment while imbuing the architecture with a more cosmopolitan beauty, thereby revitalizing the city’s elegant skyline.
Two major landscape axes—north–south and east–west—run throughout the entire community, with a strong emphasis on articulating the nodal spaces along these axes. Residential entrances, landscaped courtyards, sunlit lawns, scenic swimming pools, and sports facilities are seamlessly interconnected and integrated, creating an open, fluid garden environment. The community’s elevated design ensures unimpeded spatial connectivity, while boundaryless public areas and artistic gardens allow residents to relax both body and mind, evoking the feeling of a resort retreat.
