At key junctures along the project’s two major landscape axes, multifunctional public nodes are strategically positioned to create seamless spatial connections, while adhering to the traditional principles of spatial hierarchy and sequence. This design gives rise to a spacious three-hall, four-courtyard layout, offering residents a garden-like journey home that profoundly enhances their sensory experience.
The designer has infused the overall residential design with a warm color palette and the aesthetic of soft, flowing curves, creating a cohesive design that extends from the community entrance throughout the entire development and vividly captures the warmth and gentleness of home.
The completed model community seamlessly blends the poetic essence of Eastern pine paintings with a Western-style arched façade at the entrance, complemented by black pines and luxurious stone screen walls to exude an air of distinguished elegance. The grand foyer, named “Yu Mu,” introduces a landscape inspired by the “Adachi Museum of Art,” creating a scene that unfolds like a living painting. A dynamic water feature spanning over 2,200 square meters leverages terraced earthworks to create varying elevations, infusing the water and surrounding scenery with vibrant energy. The floating clubhouse continues the spirit of innovation, featuring a newly added children’s play area with a soaring 4.9-meter ceiling. From landscaping to amenities, every detail in the model community reflects a relentless pursuit of quality and aesthetic excellence, offering residents a tantalizing preview of their ideal lifestyle.
