Anji Science and Technology Innovation Incubation Center

Located in the Lingfeng Leisure Resort and Creative Industries Showcase Area of Anji, this project serves as a key spatial node along Anji’s urban development axis—a premier hub for tourism distribution, a showcase of the “Two Mountains” cultural ethos, and a cutting-edge platform for presenting creative industries. The site enjoys uniquely favorable conditions and a stunning natural setting, collectively shaping a “one stream, one lake” landscape that sits at the visual corridor’s midpoint between Longshan Mountain and Lingfeng Mountain. Drawing on this context, we have introduced the concept of “intelligent weaving,” seamlessly integrating our design philosophy with Anji’s regional culture. The staggered, crisscrossing arrangement of the podium volumes—both horizontally and vertically—creates a dynamic interplay between architecture and landscape, establishing a “smartly woven” architectural foundation that harmoniously blends and permeates the surrounding natural scenery of mountains and waters. Meanwhile, the four upper towers are dispersed throughout the site, their varying scales and forms generating a rhythmic, undulating skyline that echoes the contours of the landscape and the adjacent super-tall buildings, evoking the ethereal, translucent elegance of a bamboo shoot’s tender sheath.
