Jiaxing Xiaofeng Yin Yue Mansion

As the first full-scale, immersive model community in Greentown—and indeed across the country—to exceed 10,000 square meters in size, this project redefines conventional residential design by reconstructing the entire design system from multiple dimensions. Grounded in a deep understanding of Jiaxing’s regional cultural context and contemporary lifestyles, the design adopts “urban micro-vacation” as its spatial ethos. Leveraging holistic architectural thinking and cross-disciplinary collaboration, it systematically elevates everything from spatial form to everyday living experiences. Through on-site research and comparative studies spanning different regions, the project team transcends the limitations of traditional residential planning by fully integrating public spaces into the built environment, thereby reshaping the dynamic interplay between architecture and daily life. Starting from the construction of real-life scenarios, the design embarks on innovative explorations across multiple dimensions—including elevated ground-floor systems, exhibition frameworks, urban interfaces, and building facades—ultimately achieving a qualitative transformation that shifts the focus from mere residential function to rich, immersive lifestyle experiences.
