The project enjoys landscape resources akin to those of the established, low-density Taohuayuan community nearby, while also offering quick and convenient access to the core urban amenities of the district. The architectural facade is designed in a refined, contemporary style that emphasizes horizontal expansiveness. In the detailing, the design focuses on thoughtful material pairings, introducing localized elements such as stone cladding, glass balustrades, and metal accents within the overarching horizontal lines to create a modern, youthful residential neighborhood. The south-facing units feature runway-style balconies, with an open-plan dining–living area spanning approximately 7.8 meters in width.
