The project site enjoys a prime geographic location and its design integrates seamlessly with the city’s main thoroughfares, fully leveraging the surrounding landscape resources to create both intimate community courtyards and a prominent urban façade. The development comprises 15 residential towers, each 25 stories high; a three-story kindergarten; nine single-story electrical distribution rooms and two single-story switchgear substations; commercial outlets; and a two-level underground parking garage. The architectural form emphasizes the distinct identity of the building complex, with the spatial arrangement of individual units highlighting the overall aesthetic of the ensemble. The resulting silhouette is clear and well-defined, establishing unobstructed visual corridors throughout the site.
