A View of Fuchun in Tonglu

The project is situated to the north of the Fuchun River and faces Tongjun Mountain, offering exceptionally expansive views of both water and landscape. Harnessing these natural scenic assets to create an ideal living environment is the central focus of the design. The architecture adopts a compact, enclosed layout with staggered volumes that step back to open up unobstructed sightlines toward the landscape. This harmonious blend of modern, minimalist low-density living and an exquisitely refined aesthetic cultivates a poetic lifestyle that subtly integrates and celebrates the beauty of the surrounding mountains and waters. Oversized, wide-angle curved balcony terraces stretch along the riverfront, featuring continuous, full-width balconies and floor-to-ceiling glass walls. The innovative 270° panoramic vista blurs the boundary between built form and nature, while fluid, flowing lines echo the rhythm of the river itself.
