Bozhou Rose Garden Demonstration Zone

This project is located in the Southern New District of Bozhou City. The site is roughly T-shaped, narrow in the south and wider in the north, and is divided into two distinct parcels by a north–south thoroughfare. Commercial streets and a kindergarten, among other community amenities, are arranged along both sides of the thoroughfare, forming the project’s primary residential-service axis. The northwest parcel is rectangular and well-proportioned, making it ideally suited for developing a self-contained residential cluster. The eastern parcel, adjacent to the municipal park, offers the most expansive views across the entire site; moreover, it sits at the intersection of Chrysanthemum Road and Xianweng Road, endowing it with high commercial potential. Accordingly, the master plan calls for the development of a mixed-use commercial complex here, comprising a corner plaza, a pedestrian shopping street, and high-rise office towers. On the eastern “L”-shaped parcel, low-, mid-, and high-rise residential buildings are sequentially arranged according to the principle of lower elevations in the south and higher elevations in the north. The architectural style emphasizes richness, approachability, and a sense of quality.
