Jiaxing Xiaofeng Yin Yue Demonstration Zone

Located in the Jiaxing International Business District, this project embodies the thoughtful integration of planning and architecture through several key dimensions: a sense of architectural sophistication, an artistic quality to the spatial experience, seamless incorporation of local cultural elements, and the creation of vibrant, everyday living environments. The master plan adopts a centrally symmetrical layout that governs the entire site, with a central axial landscape and a series of elevated podium levels along the axis, resulting in a fully transparent, north-to-south axial void space. The main entrance extends over 100 meters, defining a dynamic urban façade, while the central core landscape, in conjunction with the elevated podium, creates an oversized, interconnected space spanning more than 10,000 square meters.
